Professionalism

With three clear strands to my career - High street retail, national charity and state education - I am fine tuned to the need to be organised and professional in all that I do. I am used to managing my own time, being flexible and thinking on my feet, whether I am working with a group of over 100 or one to one.

Reliability

I have worked in pressurised businesses all my life and recognise that, for all of us, time is money. I can quickly take on board a new task, breaking it down into clear steps and producing a result with a rapid turn around. I believe in structure and systems but can adapt to any challenge.

Integrity

I believe in open and honest communication - with some light humour thrown in! I am trustworthy and will provide high standards in all that I do.
